Tour Price Includes:
– Tourist car in Ha Giang
– Experienced local guide, knowledgeable about the local culture
– Meals as per the itinerary
– Accommodation: According to the program. Homestay or upgraded to 2-3 star hotels or premium ecolodges/lodges/homestays.
– Standard double occupancy; single supplement for solo travelers. Room upgrades are available with an additional charge.
– 1.5 liters of drinks per person per day
– Travel insurance for domestic guests
– Boat/kayak on the Nho Que River
Not Included:
– Personal expenses, laundry, personal beverages
– VAT (Value Added Tax)
TOUR PRICE FOR CHILDREN
– Age is calculated from the date of birth to the departure date.
– Children from 10 years old and above: 100% of the adult price
– Children from 5 to 9 years old: 75% of the adult price – sharing bed with parents
– Children under 5 years old: Free (sharing bed with parents, additional expenses such as sightseeing tickets and parents’ meals for the child are the responsibility of the parents). The company only collects the portion of the airfare (if any) according to the regulations of the airlines.
CANCELLATION POLICIES
A- COMMON DEPOSIT AND CANCELLATION POLICIES
1/ Deposit policy to secure a booking
– To officially secure a booking, customers need to make a deposit equivalent to 40% of the tour price.
– The remaining amount must be paid to Meditours 15 days before the scheduled departure date.
2/ Cancellation policy by customers
– If a customer cancels the tour more than 15 days before the departure date, they will incur an early cancellation fee equivalent to the deposit (40% of the tour price).
– If a customer cancels the tour within 7 days of the departure date, they will incur a late cancellation fee equivalent to the entire tour price (100% of the tour price).
3/ Cancellation policy by the organizing unit
– The tour will depart according to the schedule if there are at least 06 adults in the group.
– If the group does not reach 06 guests, Meditours will rearrange a new departure date and inform the customers at least 15 working days before the departure date. If customers do not agree with the new departure date, they will receive a refund of the deposit.
– If Meditours cannot organize the tour at the scheduled time due to force majeure such as natural disasters, floods, war, etc., Meditours will arrange a new departure date, and any additional costs will be agreed upon by both parties.
Note: The cancellation penalties mentioned above are in accordance with the company’s regulations. We will be flexible in handling each specific case within our capabilities.
