Day 1HA NOI - HA GIANG - YEN MINH (LUNCH, DINNER)

Morning at 6:30 AM: The vehicle and tour guide will pick up guests at the hotel in the Old Quarter of Hoan Kiem District and near the Opera House to commence the 2-day, 1-night tour to Ha Giang. Along the way, there will be stops for rest, personal hygiene, and breakfast (self-funded).

Noon at 11:00 AM: Upon reaching Ha Giang, the group will enjoy lunch at a restaurant featuring specialties of Ha Giang. Afterward, there will be some leisure time.

Afternoon at 1:30 PM: The vehicle will take the group on a tour of Ha Giang with the following itinerary: Visit the Quan Ba Heaven’s Gate to capture meaningful souvenir photos. Admire the beauty of the twin mountains, Co Tien, where guests can witness ripe golden rice fields. Co Tien Twin Mountains are distinctive for their rounded shape, with mountain peaks not as sharp as those of neighboring mountains. The two mountains lie closely together and are often likened by many tourists to the twin peaks of a fairy submerged in a dreamy sleep—a truly special piece of art that nature has generously bestowed upon this place. Guests will be informed of the legendary story of the Co Tien Twin Mountains. The Triangle Flower Field immerses itself in the dazzling beauty of the multi-colored flower field: pink, white, red, etc. Guests are free to explore and capture beautiful photos with family and friends.

Evening: The group will savor dinner at a restaurant featuring delicious Ha Giang specialties. Following that, they will check into the Phuong Dong Yen Minh hotel for rest and have the freedom to stroll and explore the town of Yen Minh. Together, they can enjoy a cup of coffee, and breathe in the fresh and cool air.

Day 2YEN MINH - DONG VAN - HA GIANG - HA NOI (BREAKFAST, LUNCH, DINNER)

Morning 6:30 AM: Wake up to witness the early sunrise over the mountains, embracing the fresh air of the Northwest region. Afterward, enjoy breakfast at the hotel and check-out procedures.

At 7:00 AM, the tour guide will take the group to visit the cultural village of Lung Cam, one of the most beautiful villages of the White H’mong people, boasting ancient houses with a history of up to 100 years. Explore the Pao house featured in the famous movie “Pao’s Story,” which won the Golden Kite Award from the Vietnam Film Association.

On the way, the group will visit the Ho Vuong Mansion, one of the most ancient architectural structures in Dong Van.

Next, the tour continues to the Lung Cu Flagpole, the northernmost point of the country. Standing at the Lung Cu Flagpole, visitors can marvel at the panoramic view of terraced fields with ripe golden rice, sparkling under the radiant sunlight. The distant view of the houses of the local people creates a serene and unfamiliar landscape. Moreover, along the way to the Lung Cu Flagpole, there are numerous fields of buckwheat flowers, allowing tourists to freely enjoy the scenery, take photos, feeling as if they have stepped into a fairyland.

Continuing the tour program, participants will embark on a boat trip to explore the majestic Nho Que River and the Ma Pi Leng Pass, one of the most famous of the “Four Great Mountain Passes” in Vietnam. The Ma Pi Leng Pass, at an altitude of 2,000 meters above sea level, offers steep and winding turns. From the pass, tourists can admire the Nho Que River winding like a silk ribbon along the mountainside, providing an extremely captivating and interesting experience.

Noon 1:00 PM: Upon arriving in Ha Giang, the group will enjoy lunch at a restaurant featuring specialties of Ha Giang. After lunch, tourists can rest and organize their belongings for the return trip to Hanoi. On the way back, there will be a 15-20 minute rest stop.

Evening 7:00 PM: The bus will bring the group back to Hanoi, concluding the Ha Giang Tour program. Farewell, and see you again!

Tour Price includes:

– Modern 16-seater vehicle for the entire program transportation.

– 3 main meals at 120,000 VND per meal per person. 1 additional snack.

– Phuong Dong Yen Minh Hotel, Standard room for 2 persons. A single supplement for solo travelers is 350,000 VND per room.

– Professional and enthusiastic tour guide.

– One-time entrance ticket to all specified attractions in the program.

– Travel insurance with compensation up to 20,000,000 VND per person per incident.

Tour Price does not include:

– VAT tax.

– Personal expenses of the guest.

– Beverages during meals and in the hotel.

– Motorbike taxi to visit Nho Que River: 150,000 VND.

Tour Price for Children:

– Ages will be calculated from birth date to departure date.

– Children aged 10 and above: 100% of adult price.

– Children aged 5 to 9: 75% of adult price – sharing a bed with parents. Meditours will provide accurate prices for each tour.

– Children under 5: Free (sharing a bed with parents, additional expenses such as scenic tickets, parents will take care of). The company only collects the airfare (if any) as per the regulations of the airlines.

CANCELLATION POLICIES

A- GENERAL DEPOSIT AND CANCELLATION POLICIES

1. Deposit Policy to Secure Reservation:

– To officially reserve a spot, customers need to make a deposit equivalent to 40% of the tour price.

– The remaining amount must be paid to Meditours 15 days before the reserved departure date.

2. Cancellation Policies by Guests:

– If customers cancel the tour more than 15 days before the departure date, they will be penalized with an early cancellation fee equivalent to the deposit (40% of the tour price).

– If customers cancel the tour within 07 days of the departure date, they will be penalized with a late cancellation fee equivalent to the entire tour price (100% of the tour price).

3. Cancellation Policies by the Organizing Unit:

– The tour will proceed as scheduled if there are at least 06 adults in the group.

– If the group does not reach the minimum of 06 participants, Meditours will arrange a new departure date and inform customers at least 15 working days before the original departure date. If customers do not agree to the new departure date, they will receive a refund of the deposit.

– If Meditours cannot organize the tour on the expected date due to uncontrollable factors such as natural disasters, floods, wars, etc., Meditours will reschedule a new departure date, and any additional costs will be agreed upon by both parties.
