Day 1HA GIANG - QUAN BA - YEN MINH - DONG VAN (BREAKFAST/LUNCH/DINNER)
04:00-04:30: Arrive in Ha Giang, the sleeper bus will take you to the Homestay for temporary rest, personal hygiene in the morning, and breakfast at the Homestay.
Note: We can also rent two more motorbikes or two bicycles to be loaded onto the pickup truck for a comprehensive experience of the Ha Giang Tour with motorcycles, bicycles, camping, and the pickup truck.
07:00: Our car in Ha Giang will pick you up to start the journey conquering the Ha Giang Stone Plateau. Along the way, we will stop at various points:
   – Check-in Ha Giang at Km0 of Ha Giang.
   – Bac Sum Slope, take photos and admire the scenery on the 8km long slope.
   – Quan Ba Heaven’s Gate, take pictures of the Fairy Twin Mountains or also known as Quan Ba Twin Mountains, and the panoramic view of Tam Son town from above.
   – Visit the Tho Cam Lung Ta linen weaving village. Learn about the linen culture of the Mong people and understand the 41 stages to create the product. (Note: The road to Lung Tam is a village-to-village road and may be downgraded or damaged. If the group travels during road repair or rainy weather with bad road conditions, we may skip this point to ensure the safety of the journey).
Lunch: Organize a camping site for a BBQ lunch. Take photos at the Lonely Nghien Tree – Can Ty, Quan Ba, on the new route Quan Ba – Yen Minh.
Afternoon: Continue the sightseeing with:
   – Tham Ma Slope, an ancient slope used by locals to assess the health of horses.
   – Cao Pho Village with characteristic H’mong houses surrounded by stone fences. At the summit of Cao Pho Pass, we can stop to take photos with the Cao Pho Valley.
Day 2MA PI LENG - NHO QUE RIVER CRUISE - HA GIANG (BREAKFAST/LUNCH/DINNER)
Morning: Guests have breakfast at the restaurant. If you visit Dong Van Sunday market in the morning, you can explore the bustling market with colorful clothing of H’Mong, Dao, Tay ethnic people.
08:00: Check out of the hotel and continue the journey by:
+ Conquering Ma Pi Leng Pass, a 16km stretch connecting Dong Van and Meo Vac, known as the most beautiful section on the ‘Happiness Road’.
+ Capture the majestic beauty of Tu San Canyon (also known as Ma Pi Leng Canyon or Nho Que River Canyon) at an altitude of 1500m above sea level and an average depth of 800m – the deepest geological cleft in Vietnam.
+ Cruise on Nho Que River: Sail upstream on Nho Que River to Tu San Canyon, the deepest canyon in Vietnam located on the Nho Que River. Nho Que River flows into Vietnam from Xeo Lung village, Lung Cu commune, Dong Van district passing through Tu San Mountain Canyon following the foot of Ma Pi Leng Pass.
Afternoon: Have lunch in Dong Van or have a BBQ picnic on the way back to Dong Van Town – if there is extra time, we can camp and BBQ in Yen Minh pine forest. After lunch, guests continue the journey back to Ha Giang.
Standard Price

The tour price includes:

– Round-trip tickets from Hanoi to Ha Giang
– Camping Car: Tent, seating, thermal box – if needed
– 01 night hotel accommodation based on the chosen option, with 02 people per room (3 people for single occupancy)
– 04 main meals according to the program (3-4 main dishes, 02 vegetable dishes, rice, soup)
– 02 breakfasts at the restaurant with a menu of noodles, pho, steamed rice rolls, or bun cha depending on the day
– Entrance tickets to the attractions in the program (excluding flower fields owned by local farmers)
– Enthusiastic and experienced tour guide cum driver throughout the tour
– Drinking water served on the bus, 01 bottle of 500ml per day
– Drinking water served on the bus in Ha Giang for 02 days, 01 bottle of 500ml per day per guest

Not included:

• VAT invoice
• Surcharge of 250,000 VND per foreign guest (procedure cost in Ha Giang as regulated)
• Drinks during meals, in hotels, and other personal expenses
• Other services and expenses not mentioned in the program
• Tipping (voluntary for Vietnamese guests), usually starting from 100,000 VND per guest
• Tipping for foreign guests: minimum $5 per day x 2 days = $10 per guest per tour
Please note:
  • Guests must bring valid personal identification documents (ID card or passport)
  • Guests are advised to bring insect repellent, common cold and fever medicine, or any prescribed medication as directed by a doctor
  • Vegetarian guests should bring their own vegetarian food to ensure their dietary preferences
  • Any unused services during the tour will not be refunded
  • The tour guide has the right to rearrange the order of sightseeing to suit the specific conditions of each departure day, while still ensuring all attractions in the program are visited
  • In case there are 6 or fewer guests on the departure day, the driver may also act as the tour guide. These drivers are experienced and knowledgeable about the route and local culture
  • As it is a mountain tour, small vehicles are usually used, so guests are advised not to bring bulky or oversized luggage. It is recommended to bring a backpack instead of hard suitcases
  • There are options to stay at homestays to enhance the mountain tour experience. Guests are advised to bring personal items if necessary
  • At the end of the tour, we will drop off guests at the Hanoi Opera House. Guests are responsible for taking a taxi back to their hotel or place of stay
(*) Customer’s responsibility:
  • Customers are responsible for their own health and chronic illnesses (cardiovascular, blood pressure, diabetes, joint problems, etc.), congenital diseases, hidden diseases, HIV/AIDS, mental and neurological disorders, pregnant women, etc., which are not covered by insurance. When necessary, customers must provide a written commitment regarding their health conditions when participating in the tour. The tour organizer is not responsible for cases where customers do not declare their illnesses, provide false information, or cases that are outside the scope of travel insurance in the tour.
  • Customers must take care of their own personal belongings in all situations and places throughout the trip. The tour organizer is not responsible for any loss of money, valuable items, flight tickets, and personal belongings of customers during the trip.

TOUR PRICE FOR CHILDREN

  • The age will be calculated from the date of birth to the departure date.
  • Children from 10 years old and above: 100% of the adult price.
  • Children from 5 to 9 years old: 75% of the adult price – sharing bed with parents.
  • Children under 5 years old: free of charge (children sharing bed with parents, any additional expenses such as entrance tickets, meals will be taken care of by parents). The company only collects the portion of the airfare (if any) according to the regulations of the airlines.

CANCELLATION POLICY

A- GENERAL DEPOSIT AND CANCELLATION POLICY
1/ Deposit policy to secure booking
  • To secure the booking and officially receive guests, customers need to make a deposit equivalent to 40% of the tour price.
  • The remaining amount must be paid to Meditours 15 days before the departure date as booked by the customer.
2/ Cancellation policy by the customer
  • If customers cancel the tour before 15 days prior to the departure date, they will be charged an early cancellation fee equivalent to the deposit amount (50% of the tour price).
  • If customers cancel the tour before 7 days prior to the departure date, they will be charged a late cancellation fee equivalent to the full tour price (100% of the tour price).
3/ Cancellation policy by the organizing unit
  • The tour will depart according to the itinerary if there are at least 06 adults in the group.
  • If the group does not reach 06 guests, Meditours will arrange a new departure date and inform customers 15 working days before the departure date. If customers do not agree with the new departure date, they will receive a refund of the deposit.
  • If Meditours cannot organize the tour on the scheduled time due to force majeure reasons such as natural disasters, floods, wars, etc., Meditours will arrange a new departure date, and any additional expenses will be agreed upon by both parties.
Note: Above is the possibility of canceling the tour according to company regulations. We will flexibly deal with each specific case that may be allowed.
