04:00 – 04:30: Arrive in Ha Giang, sleeper bus takes you back to Homestay for temporary rest, morning personal hygiene and breakfast at Homestay.
07:00: Our car and tour guide in Ha Giang will come to pick you up to start the trip to conquer the Ha Giang Stone Plateau. On the way stop at the following points:
✔ Check into Ha Giang at Km0 of Ha Giang.
✔ Bac Sum slope, take photos and admire the scenery at the 8km long slope.
✔ Quan Ba Heaven Gate takes pictures of Co Tien Twin Mountains, also known as Quan Ba Twin Mountains and panoramic view of Tam Son town from above.
✔ Take photos at Lonely Cay – Can Ty, Quan Ba on the new route Quan Ba – Yen Minh.
Noon: Lunch at the restaurant. Afternoon continue to visit with:
✔ Tham Ma Slope, an ancient slope that people used to assess the health of pack horses.
✔ Fox Street with typical H’mong houses with stone fences around the houses.
✔ Chin Khoanh Slope, a famous zigzag slope
✔ Visit Sung La village (Lung Cam Cultural Village) to visit the ancient house of the H’mong people with earthen walls – the place that was used as a backdrop for filming the film “Pao’s Story” 2006, directed by Ngo Quang Hai, adapted from the short story “The sound of the harp behind the stone fence” by writer Do Bich Thuy has won 4 Golden Kite awards.
✔ The Vuong family mansion (Meo King’s Palace) is located in a valley of Sa Phin commune, this is the richest and most powerful family in Chau Dong Van in the early 20th century. The group learns about architecture, art, history , culture of the Vuong family (Meo King family).
✔ Visit Lung Cu Flagpole – the starting point of the Fatherland, the point with the highest latitude on the map of Vietnam.
18:00: Return to Dong Van town. Check in to hotel, rest, have dinner.
In the evening, the tour guide will walk with you to see Dong Van Old Town, which has existed for nearly a century. You can sit and enjoy a cup of coffee at Old Quarter Café (at your own expense). Overnight in Dong Van.
