– Round-trip sleeper bus from Hanoi to Ha Giang.
– Quality homestay in Hoàng Su Phì.
– 2 Breakfasts, 2 Lunches, and 2 Dinners.
– Daily water supply – Standard 2 bottles of 500ml/person/day.
– New, quality Honda or Yamaha 110cc motorcycles. Daily fuel.
– Entrance tickets to program-specified attractions.
– Travel insurance with high compensation of 20,000,000 VND/person/incident.
– Helmet provided according to the motorcycle.
– Raincoat provided according to the motorcycle.

PERSONAL ITEMS TO PREPARE:
– Windproof jacket, comfortable sportswear, warm clothes in winter (October-February).
– Lightweight raincoat, sunscreen, sunglasses.
– Waterproof backpack or bag for personal belongings.
– Sports shoes or motorcycle boots.
– Motorcycle gloves.
TOUR PRICE FOR CHILDREN:
– Ages are calculated from birthdate to departure date.
– Children aged 10 and above: 100% of adult price.
– Children aged 5 to 9: 75% of adult price – sharing a bed with parents.
– Children under 5: Free (sharing a bed with parents, additional expenses like scenic tickets and meals for the child are the responsibility of the parents). The company only charges for the flight ticket (if any) according to the airline’s regulations.
CANCELLATION POLICY
A- COMMON DEPOSIT AND CANCELLATION POLICY
1. Deposit Policy to Secure Booking:
– To officially reserve a spot and receive guests, customers need to make a deposit equivalent to 40% of the tour value.
– The remaining amount must be paid to Meditours 15 days before the reserved departure date.
2. Cancellation Policy by Customers:
– If a customer cancels the tour more than 15 days before departure, they will be penalized with an early cancellation fee equivalent to the deposit (40% of the tour value).
– If a customer cancels the tour within 7 days before departure, they will be penalized with a late cancellation fee equivalent to the entire tour value (100% of the tour value).
3. Cancellation Policy by the Organizing Unit:
– The tour will depart according to the schedule if there are at least 6 adults.
– If the group is less than 6 people, Meditours will arrange a new departure date and inform customers at least 15 working days before the original departure date. If customers do not agree to the new departure date, they will receive a refund of the deposit.
– If Meditours cannot organize the tour as planned due to uncontrollable reasons such as natural disasters, floods, war, etc., a new departure date will be arranged, and any additional costs will be mutually agreed upon.
