Tour Price includes:
– Round-trip tickets from Hanoi to Ha Giang
– Camping Pickup Truck: Canopy, tables and chairs, thermal container, and tent if needed
– 2 nights in hotels based on selected options, double occupancy (single travelers may share a room with 3 people)
– 5 main meals as per the program (3-4 main dishes, 2 vegetable dishes, rice, and soup)
– 2 breakfasts at restaurants with options like noodles, pho, steamed rolls, or vermicelli with grilled pork depending on the day
– Admission tickets to program destinations (excluding flower fields planted by local residents)
– Enthusiastic, skilled, and attentive tour guide throughout the journey – who may also serve as the driver
– On-board drinks service, one 500ml bottle per person per day
Not included:
– VAT invoice
– Surcharge of 250,000 VND/person for foreign nationals (procedure fee in Ha Giang as per regulations)
– Surcharge of 100,000 VND/person for tours during Lunar New Year (other holiday seasons exempt)
– Beverages during meals, in hotels, and other personal expenses
– Services and fees not mentioned in the program
– Tipping for foreign guests: Minimum $5/day x 3 days = $15/person/tour
Reasonable additional charges:
– Single room surcharge: 350,000 VND/person for 1-star package, 450,000 VND for 2-star package, and 650,000 VND for 2-3 star package (applies to solo travelers who cannot share a room or upon customer’s request for a separate room)
– Price difference for scenic spots (if any) that increase after booking the tour. This is due to objective circumstances. We appreciate your understanding!
CHILDREN TOUR PRICE
– Age is calculated from the date of birth to the departure date.
– Children from 10 years old and above: charged 100% of the adult price.
– Children from 5 to 9 years old: charged 75% of the adult price – sharing a bed with parents.
– Children under 5 years old: free of charge (children sharing a bed with parents, additional expenses for sightseeing tickets and meals will be taken care of by parents). The company only collects the airline ticket portion (if any) according to the regulations of the airlines.
CANCELLATION POLICIES
A – COMMON DEPOSIT AND CANCELLATION POLICIES
1/ Deposit policy to secure a reservation:
– To officially reserve a spot, customers need to make a deposit equivalent to 40% of the tour price.
– The remaining amount must be paid to Meditours 15 days before the departure date.
2/ Cancellation policy by customers:
– If customers cancel the tour more than 15 days before the departure date, they will be penalized with an early cancellation fee equivalent to the deposit (50% of the tour price).
– If customers cancel the tour within 7 days of the departure date, they will be penalized with a late cancellation fee equivalent to the entire tour price (100% of the tour price).
3/ Cancellation policy by the organizing unit:
– The tour will depart according to the schedule if there are at least 6 adults in the group.
– If the group does not have at least 6 people, Meditours will arrange a new departure date and inform customers 15 working days before the departure date. If customers do not agree to the new departure date, they will receive a refund of the deposit.
– If Meditours cannot organize the tour on the scheduled date due to uncontrollable circumstances such as natural disasters, floods, war, etc., Meditours will arrange a new departure date, and any additional costs incurred will be agreed upon by both parties.
Note: The above is the company’s tour cancellation penalty as per regulations. We will flexibly handle each specific case within our capabilities.
