3 Days Bicycle Tour Via Ha Giang Loop

8:00 AM: You will arrive at the agreed meeting point where the tour guide and crew members will be waiting. Together, we will begin our exciting journey to explore Hà Giang. After getting acquainted and receiving helpful advice from the guide, we will cycle along winding roads, taking in the majestic mountain scenery of Hà Giang.

8:30 AM: We will cycle to Bắc Sum Pass, a winding pass that will lead us to the endless stretches of lush green terraced fields. Here, you’ll have the opportunity to take some amazing “Instagram-worthy” photos with the stunning natural scenery.

Next, we will conquer Quản Bạ Pass. Standing at the top, you’ll get to admire the beautiful Quản Bạ Valley. Especially in the autumn, the vibrant blooming fields of buckwheat flowers will make you feel like you’re stepping into a picturesque landscape.

Lunch in Yên Minh Town: We will stop in Yên Minh Town for a rest and enjoy some local specialties like thắng cố and sour pho.

After lunch, the group will cycle to Mã Pí Lèng Pass, known as the “King of the Passes” in Hà Giang. Mã Pí Lèng Pass will provide you with unforgettable experiences with its steep cliffs and winding curves.

Continuing to Đồng Văn Town, we will have the opportunity to explore the H’Mông King’s Palace and learn about the culture and history of the H’Mông people.

Overnight at a H’Mông Ethnic House: After a long day of exploration, we will reach Đồng Văn and stay overnight at a H’Mông ethnic house. Here, you’ll experience the daily life of the locals, enjoy rustic dishes, and gather around a cozy fire.

7:00 PM – 7:30 PM: Dinner will be an unforgettable culinary experience with special dishes prepared by the H’Mông people. Don’t forget to try corn wine, a famous specialty of the highlands.

8:00 AM: After a night of rest in Đồng Văn town, start the day with a hearty breakfast. On weekends, the Đồng Văn market is the perfect destination to immerse yourself in the vibrant atmosphere of a highland market, enjoy local specialty dishes, and shop for unique souvenirs.

After breakfast, we will begin our bike ride, conquering the Mã Pí Lèng Pass, one of the four most beautiful passes in Vietnam. The majestic landscape with towering cliffs and winding rivers will leave you in awe.

Along the way, you will have the opportunity to visit traditional Hmong villages. Stop here to explore the daily life of the locals, enjoy unique Hmong dances and music, and learn about the rich culture of the Hmong people.

Lunch Break in Mậu Duệ Village: After a morning of exploration, you will rest in Mậu Duệ Village. Enjoy the peaceful rural atmosphere and savor rustic dishes prepared by the locals.

After lunch, we will cycle to Du Già Village, further exploring the beauty of the Đồng Văn rock plateau. The road to Du Già Village will take you through Sa Lý Pass with its exciting hairpin turns. 

The final stop on your bike journey is Du Già Waterfall. The sound of rushing water and the fresh air will help you relax and relieve stress.

Check-in at a local homestay: Experience the life of the Tày people by staying overnight in a traditional stilt house in Du Già Village.

7:00 PM – 7:30 PM: After a long day of exploration, enjoy a cozy dinner with a Tày family. This is an opportunity to interact, chat, and learn more about the culture and customs of the local people.

8:00 AM: Start your day with a rustic breakfast at a local house. The majestic mountains stretching before you will surely make you feel relaxed and full of energy. Enjoy the rich flavors of local dishes, breathe in the fresh air, and savor the tranquility of the highlands.

If you visit on a Saturday, don’t miss the opportunity to explore the bustling Du Già weekend market. Here, you can immerse yourself in the vibrant atmosphere, admire unique highland products such as brocade fabrics, fresh agricultural produce, and distinctive handicrafts. This is a great chance to learn about the culture and life of the local people and shop for meaningful souvenirs.

Continue your journey with a bike ride to Duong Thuong scenic viewpoint, one of the most beautiful spots in Hà Giang. From above, you can gaze out over the entire Quen River valley, the lush green terraced fields, and the unique walled houses.

Rest at Nậm Đăm Village of the Black Dao people

After a day of exploration, you will rest at Nậm Đăm Village of the Black Dao people. Here, you can experience the daily life of the ethnic minority people, enjoy special local dishes, and listen to captivating folklore stories.

Before ending your journey, stop by Núi Cấm Coffee. Sipping a hot cup of coffee while taking in the night view of Hà Giang city will give you truly relaxing and unforgettable moments.
